1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "phbida" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at phbida.onl and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, products, and services operated by the Company.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player upon successful completion of the phbida registration process.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers for and/or uses an Account on phbida.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's phbida Account, representing real-money funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account under phbida's promotional terms, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the totality of phbida's gaming, betting, and account management services including live casino, table games, slot machines, sports betting, bingo, and any other product made available from time to time.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for overseeing gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of phbida is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where use of phbida's services is restricted or prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phbida, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order administered by phbida or any gaming regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on phbida. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all Account balances and permanent account closure.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your Account profile is true, accurate, current, and complete. phbida reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your phbida password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party. phbida will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify phbida support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account security.

3.4 KYC Verification. phbida conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required under Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to deposit, withdrawal, and wagering restrictions until verification is completed to phbida's satisfaction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phbida accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phbida reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts to GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on phbida are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phbida does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.

4.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your phbida Wallet originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.6 Fees. phbida does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. phbida is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phbida are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is made available. General terms applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a Player's Account at phbida's discretion and may be withdrawn or adjusted at any time where misuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• phbida reserves the right to void winnings generated by Bonus Funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, hedging strategies, or breach of these Terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 phbida reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure.

6.2 All bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event. These rules are made available within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section of the Platform.

6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the records held by phbida's system shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes, subject to review in cases of documented system error.

6.4 phbida does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, sporting event, or betting market. phbida may withdraw or suspend any game or market at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phbida and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using phbida for any purpose that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or its implementing rules.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity without their authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward phbida staff or other Players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phbida Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, audio, video, trademarks, logos, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to phbida and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of phbida's intellectual property without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by phbida's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using phbida, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. phbida processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

10. Responsible Gaming

phbida is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. In fulfilment of this commitment and in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, phbida provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Timers: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and phbida will not accept deposits from self-excluded players.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbida's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbida Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 phbida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.3 phbida shall not be liable for any service interruption, data loss, or Platform unavailability caused by events beyond phbida's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, or cyberattacks.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phbida's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phbida reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and/or via the contact details registered to your Account, with at least 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of phbida following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phbida and may request withdrawal of any remaining Wallet balance in accordance with these Terms.
