1. Definitions

3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on phbida. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all Account balances and permanent account closure.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3.4 KYC Verification. phbida conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required under Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to deposit, withdrawal, and wagering restrictions until verification is completed to phbida's satisfaction.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phbida accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phbida reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.6 Fees. phbida does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. phbida is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phbida are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is made available. General terms applicable to all bonuses include:
- Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of phbida's intellectual property without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phbida's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
13. Amendments to These Terms
phbida reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and/or via the contact details registered to your Account, with at least 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of phbida following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
